Tasks Description

Following the competitions requirements, the rover must comply with 4 main tasks described below.

Science Task

  • Collect samples of the surface.
  • Conduct on board measurements in regard to the teams Science Plan

equipment servicing task

  • Manipulate objects.
  • Operate manipulation elements mounted on a panel (joystick, keyboard)

Traverse task

  • Autonomous traverse of rough terrain.
  • Environment analysis assisted by computer.

retrieval and delivery task

  • Reach a specific location.
  • Retrieve a cache.
  • Deliver it to a given destination.
