Xplore Rover Challenge

AN EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVE

The Xplore Rover Challenge (XRC) targets first and second year Bachelor students, who develop mini-rovers in teams of ~5 under the guidance of Xplore coaches.

The development starts after a period of workshops held by the coaches and from a kit provided by Xplore that the teams build upon.

At the end of the year, they compete against one another in the Xplore Rover Challenge.

AIMING FOR KNOWLEDGE TRANSMISSION

The purpose of the Xplore Rover Challenge is to allow students to develop their first ever hands-on project and to form EPFL Xplore members who, at the end of one year of XRC, will be ready to join the Competition pole to work on the Rover Project.
